The Saugus Public Library is welcoming Yoga Alliance member Lisa Poto to teach a free, beginning introductory yoga class on November 25^th, 2020 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Because this is a virtual event, there is no cut off to the number of people who can participate or get involved. The only requirements necessary are a connected device or smart TV to stream the Zoom class content. You can register for the course via email.
