Saugus School Needs Expert Commercial Cleaning from SERVPRO
A pipe break in a Saugus school spilled oil rather than water and left a large amount of the slippery stuff on the floor affecting roughly 5000 square feet. This type of cleanup involves the use of both degreasing agents and sanitizing cleaners to ensure the surfaces get restored to a level that is healthy for the students to be around when the school reopens with no danger of slip and fall accidents from any lingering oil residues. The oil ran behind the walls in some areas requiring the removal of the cove base around the bottom of the walls to remove all of the oil. As seen in the After Photo, the floors showed no traces of the previous mess.
