Flood Debris Removal in Saugus
The basement in this Saugus residence is shown with a muddy layer on the concrete floor and soaked walls. The goal is to minimize the demolition, dry and sanitize the sub-level of this home, and prepare for a build back, "Like it never even happened." Our SERVPRO crew worked hard, as depicted in the After Photo, actually during the drying stage. The axial fans and dehumidifiers are establishing normal RH relative humidity for the basement. Squeegees and pressure washing had helped to remove the sludge. We had applied an antimicrobial before starting the cleanup to protect our workers and again at the conclusion to halt the growth of mold or other microorganisms.
