Storm-Ravaged Basement and More in Saugus
The nor'easter dumped plenty of rainwater in this Saugus house while groundwater forced its way into the basement. The Before Photo shows the damage inflicted by the water and the wind. The aim of our WRT water damage restoration technicians, accredited by the IICRC-the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, was to minimize the damage and prevent further degradation to the building elements. We can pump and vacuum out the standing water as we removed the debris. Pictured is an LGR low-grain refrigerant dehumidifier and several air movers working hard to reduce the interior Relative Humidity RH. We can discard the ruined materials, spray an antifungal agent to all surfaces and prepare to complete the reconstruction of this basement utilizing our General Contractor License #: cs-114298. You can count on us to provide an almost stress-free experience.
